Roles we typically recruit for are as below:

Design staff : Design managers, design engineers, CRE’s, directors, associate directors, chartered engineers – principle to graduate, CAD/BIM technicians. 

White collar PTS: Project manager, site manager, sub-agent’s, foreman, section engineers, setting out engineers, quantity surveyors, electrical managers/supervisors.

Blue collar PTS: Tradesman, labourers, PTS AC/DCCR ICI, LU ICI, all safety critical levels, track handback, HV competent persons, HV assessors, level C sub station , PTS & LU electricians, PTS
& LU comms installers, machine controllers, crane controllers, civils staff,  PTS or LU signalling staff, LU-ICI certified staff.

We've signed the ED&I Rail Charter,a joint initiative between Women in Rail and the Railway Industry Association. This shows our commitment to working together to build a more balanced and higher performing sector.  We have also signed the Railway Mental Health Charter (RMHC), a promise to help promote, manage and support workforce mental wellbeing in the rail workforce.

​Our rail division supply both white and blue-collar labour nationwide. We work on all aspects of CP6, HS2 and Crossrail and are RISQS certified for any trackside labour and operation roles. We work on contract, permanent and fixed-term contract jobs within the UK’s rail sector. Employers include multi-disciplinary design consultancies, Tier 1 contractors and railway operators across the UK.
