Emily is a Senior Consultant specialising in permanent recruitment in the rail and infrastructure design, engineering, and consultancy markets. Her core focus lies in client-side roles, including but not limited to commercial management, project controls, PMO, planning, procurement and programme delivery. She partners with leading consultancies, SMEs and client organisations to support high-profile infrastructure programmes across the UK.

With a strong background in account management, Emily works closely with hiring teams to understand resourcing needs and deliver tailored solutions. She takes pride in supporting candidates through every stage of the process, ensuring a smooth journey from application to onboarding. Her methodical and relationship-led approach ensures a high-quality service, trusted by both clients and professionals in the consultancy space.

Emily is a member of the REC, having passed her exam with Merit. She holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Surrey, and in her spare time Emily is an avid reader and spends time on a range of artistic activities, including graphic design and drawing.
