We have a long-standing partnership with the Chartered Institute of Highways & Transportation (CIHT) during which we have been proud to appear on panels at their two most recent CIHT National Conferences (pictured on the right is Blayne Cahill appearing on their Resilience in the Workforce panel in 2026).

As part of this partnership, we have relationships with leading tier 1 contractors in the highways sector, as well as with highways professionals of all seniorities and disciplines. We've also contributed towards their online LMS, CIHT Learn, with our own in-house L&D content to help built environment professionals upskill themselves, boosting their career prospects and employability.

As the leading town planning recruitment partner in the UK, we're proud to be partnered with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). As part of this partnership, we not only attend their larger events including the RTPI National Conference, South West Dinner and Young Planners' Conference; we're also proud to sponsor their smaller regional events, like their spring quizzes and darts socials.

Investing in attending and sponsoring great events like these give us close relationships to planning professionals of all levels and seniorities, from those just starting to their careers, to key decision makers heading up local authority and private consultancy planning teams. As patrons of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) we support various regional events, and were recently able to attend their House of Lords Lunch. Our partnership with University of Portsmouth Sport has been going strongly since 2021. We have been their front-of-shirt sponsor for over five years now - and proud to offer career advice to all UoP students through our attendance at careers fairs, as well as through holding Carrington West-led CV workshops, helping to train the students with the transferable skills they will need to enter the workplace. The university provides so many excellent opportunities to individuals from the city and further afield, and we're proud to support them on their journey of upskilling our city.
