Nathan is a Senior Consultant in the rail team, with a focus on railway systems and project delivery. Nathan manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to onboarding and aftercare, while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Partnering with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors across the UK rail industry, he specialises in supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects and frameworks on the railway. We focus on the core disciplines of E&P, OLE, MEP, Signalling, and Telecoms, Civils, Structures, and Permanent Way providing white-collar professionals across their delivery functions.

Prior to joining Carrington West, Nathan completed a Business & Management degree at the University of Portsmouth, achieving upper-second class honours.

In his spare time Nathan enjoys going to the gym, collecting vinyl records, and loves attending concerts and music festivals.
