A Consultant within the rail team, Caitlyn specialises in railway systems and project delivery, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through to onboarding and aftercare. Alongside this, she builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Caitlyn works closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors across the UK rail sector, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects and frameworks. Her expertise spans key disciplines including E&P, OLE, MEP, Signalling and Telecoms, Civils, Structures, and Permanent Way, where she provides white-collar professionals across all stages of delivery.

Before joining Carrington West, Caitlyn earned an upper second-class honours degree in BA International Relations from the University of Portsmouth.

Outside of work, Caitlyn is a dedicated gym enthusiast who competes locally in Olympic Weightlifting. She also enjoys attending music events and proudly describes herself as a lifelong Simpsons superfan.
