Rate: £400 per day Umbrella
Duration: 3 months rolling contract
 
Role:
 
To support the Housing Assets Compliance Team in delivering Fire Risk Assessments and its remedial actions with expected outcomes to ensure housing buildings are safe and compliant with the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Fire Safety Act 2021, as part of the Council's strategic objectives.
 
Indicative Qualifications:
 
Holds one of the following -NEBOSH General Certificate, Level 3 Fire Safety qualification or a NEBOSH Construction Certificate, surveying, contract management or equivalent standard and has a demonstrable experience.
Previous experience in Social Housing, health and safety compliance or similar environment/role.
