​Ryan is a Senior Consultant in the property and town planning and team. He works with local authorities to provide contract recruitment solutions nationwide. He is focused on building new relationships with clients and supporting candidates through the entire recruitment process.

Prior to joining Carrington West, Ryan recruited temporary workers in the events and hospitality industry providing expert support to prestigious clients such as the Rugby Football Union. He gained invaluable experience in supplying volume staffing at short notice and supporting the many temporary workers in the sector.

Ryan holds a Business with Marketing degree from Bournemouth University and is also an MREC CertRP. Outside of work Ryan is a sports enthusiast and an avid Chelsea football club fan, although he hates to mention it.
