Are you an experienced Repairs/Void Supervisor looking for a new opportunity? I am looking for someone to work on a rolling contract with a North London borough.
 
Rate: £35-40 p/h (Umbrella)
36 Hours a week
 
Role:
 
To manage, direct and plan responsive repairs/planned and void works to be carried out by a team of operatives and also subcontractors, within a specified area with particular regard to the level of service, quality, quantity, health & Safety, cost control and meeting agreed completion dates. To ensure the provision of a high quality cost effective, 24/7/365 customer focussed service. To work within health and Safety regulations.
 
You must have experience of managing DLO and we are ideally looking for someone with a trades background.
