Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based on the South Coast in the search for a Planning Validations Officer to join their Business Support team within the Town Planning department on an initial 3-6 month contract (Extensions likely).

We are looking for an experienced Planning Validations Officer to process and validate new planning applications. The role will be offered on a fully remote basis with no office presence required (Initial induction needed in the office).
 
Although not mandatory, it would be beneficial to hold a Post-graduate degree in planning or a related discipline.
