What the job is for:
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for site and field supervision of direct labour poling operatives.
 
Key responsibilities:
·Safety audits of the direct labour operatives
·Day to day management of the operatives
·Liaising with the project manager to schedule and allocate work
·Building and maintaining relationships with sub-contractors
 
 
What you will need to succeed:
·Awareness and understanding of the Openreach Network Installation
·Strong people management skills
·Good understanding of highway legislation
·NRSWA Supervisor ticket
 
 
What you will get in return:
Salary - £50,000 DOE
