Role: Site Agent
Location: Denny, Falkirk
Rate: £300 - £350 p/d - LTD Company/Outside IR35
Duration: 9 Months (Extension for another 9-12 months expected)
Start: June 2024

Are you a dynamic Site Agent with a proven track record in managing operational resources in the fast-paced world of infrastructure? An exciting opportunity awaits you in the town of Denny, working on a transformative hydro project on behalf of Scottish Water.

The project is in need of a Site Agent to assist with the office based duties, this includes procurement, ensuring Paperwork is in order, some design review and managing resource accordingly. We can consider a strong civil background,  water sector/Pipeline project experience is strongly preferential.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage site construction teams for on-time and within-budget project delivery
·Oversee Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability aspects, ensuring compliance with CDM
·Drive performance and innovation through Constructibility Reviews, Project Rehearsals, and Fit for Assembly sign-off
·Focus on zero waste and reducing embodied carbon in construction activities
·Collaborate with Lead Construction Manager to determine resource needs
·Ensure full H&S compliance, fostering a culture of safety and open communication
·Implement a blend of standard products and innovative techniques to maintain industry-leading standards
Skills/Experience:
·Proven experience in managing operational resources in a fast-paced Infrastructure environment
·HNC/Degree in Civil or Construction Management
·Site Management Safety Training Scheme and Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme attendance
·CSCS Card (Black minimum) for ensuring high safety standards
·Excellent communication skills and a performance-driven mindset
·Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups
