​Sam is a Lead Recruitment Consultant in the water recruitment team at Carrington West. He works with clients and candidates across the UK, on both contract and permanent roles for key infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.

Before joining the recruitment industry, Sam held management positions in the retail sector where he gained invaluable customer relationship and communications skills. These allowed him to develop the skills needed to build long term partnerships with clients and candidates, offering the best possible solutions each and every time. In his spare time Sam can often be found DJing or playing football.
