SHEQ Manager - Mobile Telecommunications  
 
Are you an experienced SHEQ Manager within the Mobile Telecoms industry?
 
What we need:
 
Our client is a large mobile infrastructure operator with sites across the UK and Europe. They manage the Access, Design, Build and running of thousands of mobile telecommunication sites across the UK. They offer customers a range of high-end services to ensure their clients can deliver high quality transmission of voice, data and audio-visual. They are working on smart cities and emergency networks also. They are currently working on a large project with MBNL across the UK to deliver 3G & 4G upgrades on their customers sites and are looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager.  
 
 
You will be:
 
·Ensure all systems and procedures are in place and meet legal compliance.
·Make sure all quality checks are completed
·Review Health and Safety performance for incident reports
·Develop and manage risk-based assurance programmes consistent with monitoring the application.
·Support the ongoing development of the Safety auditing process.
·Liaise with the Head of Management Systems in setting objectives to improve Health Safety.
 
 
What you will need to succeed:
 
·A chartered member of IOSH
·An Environmental practitioner  
·5 years' experience in a similar role  
·Experience of maintaining ISO standards 45001 & 14001
·Knowledge and understanding of safety and risk management
·Knowledge of health and well being  
·Experience in the development of safety policies strategies, management systems and controls
·Must be flexible and willing to adapt
·Experience with heights and radiation would be preferred
