Senoir Transport Planner - Development Control
 
A long term opportunity has arisen for a Senoir Transport Planner to join a Council in the Home Counties.
 
Key responsibilities:
·Reviewing planning applications (both major and minor) and advising on transport and highways implications of proposals
·Providing pre-application advice to stakeholders
·Undertake site visits.
·Liaise with Highway Department regarding traffic management, mitigation schemes, travel planning and s278 agreement.
·Assisting legal teams in preparing s106 agreements.
