​Phoebe is a lead consultant in the highways, transport & infrastructure team, recruiting temporary and contract workers for public sector clients in and around southeast England. She is an experienced technical recruiter who has built long term partnerships with her client base and has exceptional access to the highways’ talent pool in the counties she covers.

Prior to working at Carrington West, Phoebe held previous consultant positions with global recruitment companies where she was successful in penetrating new markets. Phoebe holds a 1st class honours degree from Solent University, as well as an MREC CertRP. In her spare time she is very sociable, there is nothing she likes more than trying out new bars and restaurants with friends.
