Location: Birmingham or London - currently all WFH but long term will be a hybrid model
Rate:   £500 - £700 Per day Umbrella
Contract length: 6 Months +
 
This is an exciting opportunity to work client side on HS2. The organisation in question is around the 2,000 mark, these numbers will stay relatively consistent but the challenges face more around the workforce and cost control element.
 
This role will suit a senior candidates who is still heavily involved in the number crunching and modelling.
 
80% of this role will be independent working which will involve advanced excel usuage.  
 
The candidate will need to obtain alot of data collection, cost data, forecast data, demand data etc. Manipulate the data using excel and then put into powerpoint presentations which will be seen by varying level of stakeholders with limited technical knowledge.
 
The ideal candidate will be some one who has built models or re engineered models to improve them. Be able to automate models and further improve current reporting models
 
Must be an expert in MI reporting and turn into meaningful data
 
If anyone has experience in looking at the workforce planning and then matching with skills planning then that would be an advantage.
 
Power BI or Oracle software useful but not essential
 
Change or consultancy background would be great.
