Role: Senior Site Manager / Construction manager
Location: Oswestry
Duration: On-going long term project possible contract to permanent role
Pay: £400- £450 per day depending on experience - CIS
 
Are you an experienced site manager or Senior site manager looking to take control and lead a large group of managers on a project that is £100m in value?
 
My client is looking to fill their role of Senior Site manager / Construction manager with a candidate who has experience in projects to the size of £100m or more, they will be interested in skilled applicants from sectors across water, highways, rail or any large scale UK infrastructure based schemes.
 
Key information:
 
- Experience of site/projects valued at £100m plus
- As the site managers and staff below will have all the skills and knowledge of water the senior site manager wont necessary need the same knowledge as all below will hold this, they just need to be able to manage all the site mangers and be more customer facing re any issues or queries and have the exp of projects of this size.
- Large scale Civil experience with a Civil background and career to match
- Water sector experience in large scale projects would be an advantage but not essential
- Key client interaction ability
- Strong and direct management and leadership skills
