Carrington West are working with an esteemed client seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team for a challenging Highways Infrastructure project based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong NEC 4 and subcontractor experience to make a significant impact on a critical infrastructure development.

Responsibilities:
·Manage all aspects of quantity surveying activities for the Highways Infrastructure project.
·Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost forecasting and budget management.
·Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
·Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
·Provide expert advice on NEC 4 contracts and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
·Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to project stakeholders.

Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Highways Infrastructure projects.
·In-depth knowledge and experience working with NEC 4 contracts.
·Demonstrated expertise in subcontractor management and negotiation.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
·Results-oriented with a focus on meeting project deadlines and budget targets.
