Quantity Surveyor
Location: Poole
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000pa (DOE)

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage and deliver Employer's Agent and Project Management services for a multitude of sectors including healthcare. The role involves a mix of cost planning, project costing, and contract administration in the healthcare sector, requiring significant travel.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
·Manage Employer's Agent and Project Management services for healthcare and diagnostics projects.
·Oversee design and build contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
·Provide cost planning, project costing, and accurate reporting.
·Travel to project sites, collaborating with clients and project teams.
·Support the delivery of high-quality healthcare projects from design through to completion.
