Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong track record of leading projects from start to finish? A growing MEP consultancy based in London, is looking for candidates to join their team, which works across various building sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Education, and Mixed-Use.
 
The business known for providing innovative and sustainable solutions in the construction industry. Their team is known for its collaborative spirit, and they have exciting projects in their pipeline.
 
You will take on the responsibility of leading project design from concept to completion across a diverse range of building sectors and projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success and contributing to the growth of our client's consultancy.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·Lead and manage mechanical design projects in Residential, Commercial, Education, and Mixed-Use sectors.
·Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective designs.
·Conduct detailed calculations, simulations, and analysis for system optimization.
·Mentor junior engineers on the team.
·Provide technical expertise to clients and stakeholders.
·Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Core role requirements:
 
·A minimum of 6 years of experience in UK-based Mechanical Design Engineering.
·A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
·Proven experience leading projects from start to finish.
·Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and IES.
·Strong communication and leadership skills.
·Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
