Charlie is a Lead Consultant in the buildings and construction team. He specialises in building services design, supporting clients in securing the highest quality design engineers across all major disciplines. He is well networked with M&E consultancies across the UK and has built long standing partnerships enabling him to quickly and efficiency fulfil their talent needs. In the REC Awards 2023, Charlie was a finalist for Best Permanent Recruiter.
Prior to joining Carrington West, Charlie worked with a boutique engineering recruiter also in the building services sector. He has also worked in a management role in the retail industry where he developed his excellent communication and client service skills. He has a keen interest in the building services industry and therefor passionate about supporting clients in making the best hiring decisions to enhance their business, priding himself on the most honest approach and putting his clients’ needs first, every time.
Charlie holds a Professional Diploma in Music Technology and in his spare time, he is a devoted father and enjoys days out with his son and following Premier League football.
