Needed immediately!
 
1 Full time SEDO (Community Renewal Fund) for 3 months (may be extended depending on whether bid to Govt is successful)
 
1 Part time SEDO (18.5 hrs a week) for 6 months up until the restructure is completed.
 
Work will include support to the Council's initial implementation of Community Renewal Fund projects and support to COVID economic development activity, working with all 8 district councils and Derby City.
 
Specifically, this will focus on market town renewal programme of work - both revenue funded (support to masterplanning processes and community/ business capacity building) and capital funded projects (regeneration schemes).
 
Who
 
Experience in one or more of the following would be essential:
 
·Running/ supporting grant funds,
·Delivering business support/ key account management activity
·Working and delivering across professional and local authority boundaries and
·Facilitating/ driving physical regeneration schemes
·Working in local govt environment as the officer will be required to work closely with the    
district authorities and liaise internally with key services
