Responsibilities:
 
·This role will be supporting the commercial management team  in regards to HS2 property portfolio.
·There is a new  property management  contractor coming in which is replacing the current suppliers and HS2 need a project manager to oversea the handover.
·The role will involve  coordination of the new contract whilst also minimising the risk.
·Candidate must have excellent  stakeholder engagement experience as well as commercial management  acumen
·Although this will be overseeing a mixed asset portfolio  my client is looking for someone from  ideally a commercial property management background
 
 
My client is looking to interview next week and have some one in place by start of May
