Have you successfully managed housing retrofit energy efficiency contracts from inception to completion?
 
If so, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join the Asset Management division of a Local Authority in South London.
 
What will you do?
·Lead on the development of the most effective and efficient housing retrofit programmes of work, inclusive of ensuring all the housing stock is at a minimum EPC Band C by 2030 and the "Replacement of gas" programming strategy.
·Develop and maintain asset management systems that ensure accurate, reliable, and up to date energy performance data is recorded on SHP's housing stock.
·Build programmes of work that maximise grant funding opportunities.
·Submit bids and claims for grant funding.
·Leading on effective engagement to maximise resident buy-in for retrofit
·works to their homes.
·Effective management of stakeholder relationships, inclusive of those with
·residents, BEIS, GLA and other partners.

What are the benefits?
·3-6 month contract.
·£400 per day, umbrella, inside IR35.
·Work from home or office.
 
What will you need?
·MRICS, CIOB, Degree or HNC or relevant qualification and/or management experience or equivalent in investment capital works.
·Experience of managing housing retrofit energy efficiency contracts.
·Experience of conducting structural, condition and measured surveys.
