My client is looking to source a Principal Planning DM Officer on an initial 6-month contract.
 
You will be required to be in the office one day per week, for the team meeting, but the rest could be done from home if you would like to.
 
My client is looking for experience of dealing with complex and major planning applications in an LPA.
Ideally you will have experience of mentoring junior staff and signing off applications under delegated powers ideally.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £50-53 per hour
