My client is requiring a Principal Planning Officer who can hit the ground running , processing a caseload of major applications for one major project in East London.
 
This is on an initial 3 month contract but the candidate is expected to be needed for 10 months.
 
Carrington West are able to offer £40-42 per hour for this position dependent on experience level.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
