Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Pre Construction Manager to their team to work on HS2.
 
Your responsibilities as a Pre Construction Manager will include:
·Developing construction methodologies
·Providing technical support to the procurement team
·Reviewing designs and interfacing with design and subcontract representatives
·The development of procurement packages
·Supporting the Temporary Works Coordinator
 
Location: London
Salary: £65,000 per annum DOE + up to £5000 travel allowance

Requirements:
·Construction based qualification (Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent)
·CSCS
·SMSTS
·Experience working in Pre Construction
·Experience in working on internal building fit outs and MEP
·Experience in working on shaft/foundation construction preferred
