Job Title: Reinstatement planner
Location: Exeter - Greendale business Park
Pay: £11.50 per hour/£23,920 per annum
Permanent: after initial 13 Week contract
 
Working Hours - 8.30am-5pm - some flexibility (40 hours)
Hybrid working - once settled and trained
 
Our client, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services are recruiting for a reinstatement planner to join the team.
You'll be acting as a key interface with our site teams and supervisors by planning and gaining an in-depth insight into their requirements and issues and feeding these back into the business so we can understand and enhance our levels of service.
Key Responsibilities:
 
·      Deal with site queries to efficiently resolve issues
·      Liaise with Area planners and Local Management as required
·      Keep systems and databases up to date at all times
·      Assist with scheduling and planning activities
 
What do we need from you?
 
·      Excellent communication skills
·      Experience within a in an office environment
·      Planning and scheduling experience advantageous
