Job description

Are you a People and Culture Coordinator with experience in the infrastructure sector?
 
Location: Working from Home
Contract length: Until May 2023.
Rate: Dependent on experience
 
Role Details:
 
Working as part of a team of 2, you will work with the Head of People to help support the wider organisations wellbeing and support and deliver actions based on interactions and promoting equality and diversion.
 
You will help coordinate training programmes and ensure that people within the organisation are recognised for their achievements by communicating with a weekly roundup and monthly newsletter.
 
You will also be required to attend meetings with the Head of People and should be comfortable asking questions to the client and relaying information gathered through your role through employees so suitable action and initiatives can be taken.
 
Essential:
- Previous experience in a people and culture coordinator (or equivalent) role providing support to a busy and diverse team.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement at all levels
Preferred:
- Experience working with the rail infrastructure sector.
