£320 - £350 per day, negotiable - Inside IR35
 

Are you an experienced Team Leader within Highways looking for your next challenge?
 
Our client is an ambitious authority who are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join them on a contract basis, initially for 3 months. Flexible working arrangement are available.

Key Responsibilities:  

·To lead a team of technical and administrative staff to ensure the Council meets its statutory duties in relation to the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA), New Roads & Streetworks Act 1991 (NRSWA) and Highways Act 1980.  Providing expert advice, guidance and up to date information in line with Council policies and strategies
·To take relevant action to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction are maintained in accordance with the required legislative guidelines and best practice approaches to enable Harrow to be at the cutting edge of service provision, including joint working with external partners.
·Provide professional and expert and up to date technical advice to residents, local businesses, Members and key stakeholders
 
What is required?
 
·As the successful candidate, you will have leadership experience
 
·You will have great stakeholder management skills.
