Luke is a Lead Consultant in the highways, transport & infrastructure team, focusing exclusively on supporting public sector organisations and their partners in London and the South East. Luke’s drive, ambition and determination allows him to retain our ‘inch wide, mile deep’ ethos, ensuring that we provide genuine expertise to both candidates and clients. Luke has been able to quickly develop good relationships with many clients, candidates and colleagues during his time at Carrington West.

Prior to joining Carrington West, Luke held a customer service management role where he quickly developed excellent resilience, problem solving and communication skills. Outside of work, Luke is a big football fan and enjoys nothing more than spending time with friends and family.
