Highway Safety Inspector

3-month contract, extension likely
Negotiable rate dependant on experience, £20 - £25 per hour
 
An opportunity has arisen for a Highways Inspector to join a client in Gloucestershire. Your main duties include carrying out highway safety and highway maintenance inspections, reporting any faults on the network and on the public highway, and ensuring all following works are compliant with the legislation. Further duties include customer complaints resolutions, third party (developers) inspections, and raising works orders.
 
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £20-£25 per hour - negotiable for the right candidate.
 
Working within the Highways team your main duties include:
·Carrying out highway inspections across the area
·Reporting and recording any faults on the network back to the office
·Ensuring all following works are compliant with the legislation
