Head of Highways
 
Carrington West are currently assisting a busy council with their search for a Head of Highways Operations. The Highways Operations team are responsible for the delivery of services that maintain the Council's Highways network, keeping it safe and fit for purpose. The team interact with a wide range of stakeholders from national government to individual residents requiring excellent customer responsiveness and service.
 
What you will be doing:
 
As the Head of Highways Operations you will join the senior leadership team alongside the Chief Highways Officer, Head of Major Projects, Head of Environment and Head of Business Improvement and will have a key role in remodelling and shaping the service teams to best enable us to deliver the service.
