Job description

We are seeking a highly professional and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our clients Senior Executives, including the Financial Director and Country Market Directors. Reporting into the Senior Executive Assistant, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team's activities and maintaining robust support across various areas.
 
This is a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave and you will be will be based in our clients London office 3 days per week on average, the rest from home. This may fluctuate. This position falls inside IR35 and the rate advertised is the PAYE rate.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
·Provide high-level administrative support to the Financial Director and Country Market Directors.
·Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
·Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
·Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
·Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
·Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior executives.
·Assist with project management tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
·Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
·Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
 
Key experience required:
 
·Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
·Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
·High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
·Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
