​Evan is Principal Consultant in the highways, transport & infrastructure team where his focus is on private sector contract recruitment and he now leads Carrington West’s private sector design consultancy offering which covers the whole of the UK.

He has a proven track record in delivering high quality recruitment solutions in a demanding market sector. He has extensive market knowledge and is especially proficient at providing insights and advising clients and candidates of the current challenges and opportunities available.  

Evan began his recruitment career building a highly successful contract desk with a leading global recruitment firm and has continued to build and develop strong client and candidate relationships through his honest and adaptable way of working. Prior to this he held customer facing sales roles where he developed his excellent communication skills and customer care attitude. Evan is also an MREC CertRP.

In his spare time, Evan can be found at his local gym or playing basketball.
