Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based on the South Coast in their search for a Enforcement Specialist. This will be an initial 6 month contract.

We are looking for an experienced Enforcement Specialist with recent local authority experience and the ability to hit the ground running in picking up their own caseload, carrying out investigations, writing reports, mentoring junior staff and dealing with the councils complex cases. This is a customer-focused role so you must be able to communicate clearly and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
 
Our client is willing to offer a flexible working situation, with an expectation of site visits being required fortnightly.

It would be beneficial to have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in town planning and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
