Job Title: Building Surveyor
Location: West Midlands
Rate: £34 p/h (Inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities: As a Building Surveyor at, you will be responsible for a range of exciting and diverse tasks, including:

1.Conducting detailed property inspections and surveys.
2.Assessing the condition of buildings and identifying defects.
3.Providing expert advice on property maintenance, repair, and renovation.
4.Preparing comprehensive reports and specifications.
5.Voids Repairs and Disrepair Surveys
6.Project management, overseeing construction and renovation projects.
7.Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
8.Compliance with building regulations and relevant legislation.

Qualifications and Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

1.A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
2.Membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is highly desirable.
3.Proven experience as a Building Surveyor
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Proficiency in relevant surveying and design software.
7.A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project locations.
