Role: Working Supervisor
 
Location: Kent
 
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Working Supervisor with a background in highways, structural or marine work to join our team in Kent. As a working supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled workers to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
·Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of skilled workers to ensure project delivery, as well as working on the tools with the team.
·Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects meet their expectations, reporting into the project manager.
·Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.
·Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays.
·Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
·Provide technical expertise and support to the team.
Requirements:
·SSSTS or SMSTS
·Background in highways or structural work
·Proven experience as a supervisor in a similar role
·Strong leadership and management skills
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
·Full driving licence
