My client is a large utilities contractor with a great reputation in the water industry. A large national contractor / consultancy that has an excellent reputation in the industry and an expertise in niche areas of the water industry, they are offering a unique opportunity to grow your management skills. They have a sustainable opportunity in the South West. Currently, they are looking for experienced Water Performance Manager to work on a long term project.
 
Requirements:
This position is for an experienced manager in the water industry. Any experience in R&M, Water Optimisation or Leakage Detection would be desirable. You will be responsible for running a small team of technicians working on an Water Optimisation contract. This is a great opportunity to build a solid career with a national water company. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, working out of a large office (home based currently), managing field staff where you will have to travel across sites. You will be working closely with the end client and other departments to come up with the best solutions to hit the targets required from the client. You will be responsible for performance, training, site organisation and future recruits, amongst other things.
