Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
 
My client in the East Midlands, is looking to fill a vacant post on an initial 3-month + contract.
This is for a Planning Officer to deal with householders, minor applications (for residential up to 10 dwellings but happy to look at people who have experience of less), prior notifications, lawful development certificates, non-material amendments & approval of conditions.
 
Start - As soon as possible.
 
Pay Rate: £35 per hour
 
- Reason for Vacancy: Vacant Post
- Hours: Hours per week & working pattern may be negotiated
- Remote Working: Remote working with essential site visits
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
