Town Planner
Location: Shropshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Are you passionate about shaping the future of communities? Do you have a keen interest in urban development and planning? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Town Planner to join our client who is growing their team in Shropshire.

Key Responsibilities:
·Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
·Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
·Prepare planning policy reviews and reports.
·Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
·Support senior planners in managing a variety of planning projects from inception to completion.
·Stay up-to-date with changes in planning legislation and policy.
About You:
·A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
·Some relevant experience in planning (work placements or internships considered).
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
·A good understanding of UK planning legislation and processes.
·A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
