My client is a large Fibre Network Provider in the West of England. They currently provide opportunities for rural areas to be connected with Super Fast Broadband to bring Fibre connections to the those out of the cities.
 
As a large Telecommunications company who pride themselves on delivering high speed broadband to business, homes, and industry in rural and hard to reach areas. They are currently looking for Telecoms Civil Gangs to join their growing team in Devon.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position working on my clients own cables. You will be required to undertake excavations, repairs, installation of ducting, chambers, and street cabinets on a daily basis.
Ideally the Civils Gang will come as a 3-man team who have experienced working together in the past with Telecoms projects.
You will have previous experience in:
 
·Removing blockages in the highway and reinstate
·Installation of ducts, chambers, and cabinets
·Previous experience of completing paperwork which will include risk assessments
·Experience with Wacker plates, trench compactor, mini digger, and Jack hammer
 
Skills Required:
 
·Experience in a similar operational or engineering environment within the telecommunications industry
·Hold the following qualifications: NRSWA and PIA Accredited qualifications.
