Role: Technical Administrator & Business Support Coordinator
Salary: £22,800 (pro-rata)
Hours of work: 15-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm operating hours), with the option to work from home after training
Employment: Temporary assignment of 12 weeks with the scope to extend beyond this
Location: Milton Keynes - MK15
 
My client, one of the best know employers in the region, are looking to expand their engineering team with a Technical Administrator & Business Support Coordinator based from their Milton Keynes office.
 
In this role you will working within the engineering team providing technical administration and business support.
 
Typical tasks will vary across:
 
·Supporting customer bookings through phone/email
·Data entry (Excel)
·Taking inbound customer calls and inquiries
·Actively overseeing the team mailbox
 
This role would suit someone who is well organised and has experience in a role where they have had to multitask. Candidates who have previously been a receptionist, administration assistant, scheduler, office manager, business support/coordinator, dispatch, PA, secretary, or similar roles would be well suited to this position.
 
On offer is a salary of £22,800 (pro rata) based working a 15-30 hour week.
 
The office is located in an MK15 postcode within the Pineham region and, after a successful training period, the option to work from home 2/3 days a week will be offered.
