The Role:

I am working on behalf of a principal contractor, who are now seeking a Site Supervisor in the Gloucestershire area on a permanent basis.

Travelling throughout Gloucestershire area only, the role will operate within a capital works team to deliver surface treatments, footways, integrated transport, bridges & structures, geotechnical, major projects, drainage and public realm projects throughout the area.
As part of this team you will predominantly be responsible for managing the drainage schemes, although you may be required to support in other areas of the business as required.

 
The candidate:

To be considered for this role you, will already be an experience supervisor with the highways, civils or infrastructure sector, with strong knowledge of drainage and capital works schemes.
As Supervisor you will be a natural team leader who is willing to impart knowledge and share workload, with a diplomatic and calm approach.
Practical experience of delivering drainage works as well as managing cost and value is desired, although it's essential you demonstrate proven knowledge of Safe Dig principles and possess strong IT skills.

Required qualifications:

• Streetworks supervisor (NRSWA)
• CSCS
• SSSTS
• SMSTS

Salary on offer is in the region of £34,000 - £36,000 per annum with a fully expensed company vehicle depending on experience.
