The company are a successful medium size consultancy rapidly growing their presence in the London area, working within a variety of busy sectors within the UK buildings market.

 
Role & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 4 years post graduate experience within a similar consultancy environment and have experience working with all main materials predominantly within the residential and commercial sectors.
 
The scope of work covers a variety of new build and refurbishment projects and experience of the following would be beneficial:
 
·Private residential
·High end residential
·Commercial
·Care Homes
·Medium rise buildings
·Basement design
·Temporary works design

 
Requirements 
BEng/MSc (or equivalent) Civil/Structural Engineering
Graduate member of ICE/IStructE
Minimum 2 years' experience
Experience of working in a close knit environment
Experience of working in all main materials including Steel, timber, Masonry and Concrete
Excellent communication
