Structural Engineer / Surveyor
 
Are you a qualified Structural Engineer experienced in surveying and repairs looking for a long term contract?

Who will you be joining?  
 
You will be joining a South west Local Authority to support them with the ongoing management of a mixed property portfolio. This large city boasts a variety of property types from residential to commercial and listed buildings as well as high rise.
 
What will you do?
 
·Survey properties for structural defects
·Survey cladding on existing properties
·Advise on required works
·Design specifications of works
·Manage repairs process and contractors
·Manage key stakeholder relationships
 
 
What do you need?  
 
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
 
 
Qualified to degree level in Structural Engineering
 
Affiliation with relevant industry bodies
 
Previous experience of surveying structural defects  
 
Have previously managed repairs and remedial works
