Site Manager
Salary £40,000-50,000
Roles available: 5
Based in Derbyshire-Will need to be mobile, primarily East Midlands, with parts in West Midlands and Lincolnshire.
 
The role-
·Site managers to over see each Site.
·Sites in the range of £2-3million
·Each site will be Urban Road and junction improvements.
·Each Site manager will have 12-15 staff reporting to them.
·Staff will range from- Site foreman and setting out engineers to commercial staff such as Quantity Surveyors.
·All site managers will report into the construction manager.
 
Experience-
·Manage situations
·Manage stakeholders
·Don't need to have come from Highways but managing construction sites etc is what we are looking for.
·Projects Management
