Job Title: Structures Site Manager
Location: Cambridgeshire, UK
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
My client are a privately owned specialist building company providing services to a wide range of clients throughout the UK and Europe. They are known and renowned within the market for their structural expertise and are experiencing a huge success in contract wins within multiple fields, including highways, and are looking for a Site Manager experienced in Structures to join the team in Cambridgeshire.
Key Responsibilities of the Structures Site Manager:
·Oversee the project from conception until completion
·Oversee the project team with efficiency
·Responsible for day to day operations
·Handle any documentation
·Promote HSE principles on site
·Liaise with internal teams and clients throughout
·Ensure project is delivered within budget and time frames
Key Requirements of the Structures Site Manager:
·Demonstrable experience in delivering structural work
·Knowledge of steel, reinforced concrete and other materials involved in structures
·Temporary Works Co-Ordinator experience desirable but not essential
·Experience working within a Site Management role
·Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
·Happy to work full time in the Cambridgeshire area
·Full UK Drivers License
Package of the Structures Site Manager:
·Competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000 depending on experience
