New Opportunity for a Multi-Site Site Manager in the South East!
Location: Kent & East Sussex (Whole Patch)
Rate: Up to £450 p/d - Inside IR35 + Mileage
Duration: 6 Months+
Sector: Wastewater

About the Role:
As a key player in our team, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our delivery capabilities for the remainder of the AMP7 funding cycle. Working within our framework portfolio on behalf of Southern Water, you'll be a roaming Site Manager across a large portfolio of non-infrastructure projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assist on larger delivery schemes and ti cover sick/holiday/long term cover when required to ensure these wastewater treatment plant projects can continue as planned.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver projects within budget and timeframe.
·Drive a culture of health, safety, environmental, and sustainability compliance.
·Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors.
·Conduct constructability reviews and drive innovation in construction techniques.
·Prioritize zero waste and reducing embodied carbon within construction activities.
Skills/Experience:
·Proven experience in managing operational resources in a fast-paced water/wastewater environment.
·HNC/Degree in Civil or Construction Management.
·CSCS Card (Black minimum)
to ensure highest safety standards.
·Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
·Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
·Performance-driven mindset with a track record of achieving critical outcomes.
