What we need:
We are currently representing a prominent client in the field of highways and transportation infrastructure seeking a highly motivated and skilled Highways Agent to join their team.

As a Highways Agent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of highway projects to ensure their successful completion. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising teams, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
 
- Oversee and manage highway construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Supervise and lead teams of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project issues and delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
 
What you will need:
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS Gold card
- Proven experience as a Highways Agent or similar role in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of highway construction and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license.
